Sarah Rachel Fesiuk is an award-winning filmmaker, producer, director, and screenwriter based in Asheville, North Carolina. As the co-founder of Fesiuk Films, she specializes in creating compelling documentaries, narrative films, and cinematic productions that combine powerful storytelling with striking visuals.
Born in Peoria, Illinois, Sarah Rachel Fesiuk discovered her passion for filmmaking and writing at an early age. In 2009, she relocated to Asheville, North Carolina, to pursue a career in film, drawn by the city's vibrant creative community and opportunities for independent filmmakers.
Sarah studied Journalism and Mass Communication at Asheville-Buncombe Technical Community College (A-B Tech) and later continued her education at the University of North Carolina. Her background in journalism, storytelling, and visual media helped shape her distinctive approach to documentary filmmaking, feature films, and commercial productions.
In 2016, Sarah co-founded Fesiuk Films, where she serves as a producer, director, and writer. Her work has earned recognition for its cinematic style, emotional depth, and commitment to authentic storytelling. From feature-length documentaries to independent narrative films, Sarah continues to develop projects that entertain, inspire, and encourage meaningful conversations with audiences around the world.

David Fesiuk
David Fesiuk is an award-winning cinematographer, filmmaker, producer, director, and editor based in Asheville, North Carolina. As the co-founder of Fesiuk Films, he specializes in cinematic storytelling, documentary filmmaking, commercial video production, and feature films.
Born shortly after his family immigrated from Soviet-occupied Ukraine to the United States in 1988, David has been creating visual content since 2003. His passion for filmmaking and cinematography has led him to produce visually striking work for feature films, documentaries, commercials, and branded content.
David served as Director of Photography for Rosebud Lane, winner of Best Feature Film at the Golden State Film Festival. Known for creating cinematic images with both large and minimal productions, he approaches every project with creativity, technical precision, and a commitment to telling meaningful stories.
